Honest Diagnosis, Fair Price, Fixed the First Time
Read enough of these and three things repeat. John tells people what is actually wrong, including when it is less than they feared. The price is below the dealer quote for the same work. And the car comes back fixed, usually the same day.
We have been on Pine Street since 2005. Most of the cars in the lot belong to repeat customers or someone they sent us. That is the whole marketing plan.
